Deidra has been a personal trainer for the last 12 years and an athlete playing sports for as long as she can remember. She started with competitive gymnastics, played volleyball and badminton, and still plays soccer and runs regularly. For the last year, Deidra has been teaching off-ice training classes to hockey players and figure skaters and it has been going so well. They have seen so much progress on the ice as a result from these circuit workouts and stretching routines. She is looking forward to expanding and starting these classes for the dancers to improve their flexibility and movements.
