Renae has been dancing for 13 years, competing for 2, in styles of tap, modern, contemporary, hiphop, jazz, broadway jazz and has just graduated high school. Her goal is to show other people the difference dance can have on the mind and how fun it can be! Tap dance is pure joy! She wants to share the rhythm, the energy, and the creative expression that tap has given her to so many others. It's a fantastic way to stay active, connect with music and build confidence.
Deidra has been a personal trainer for the last 12 years and an athlete playing sports for as long as she can remember. She started with competitive gymnastics, played volleyball and badminton, and still plays soccer and runs regularly. For the last year, Deidra has been teaching off-ice training classes to hockey players and figure skaters and it has been going so well. They have seen so much progress on the ice as a result from these circuit workouts and stretching routines. She is looking forward to expanding and starting these classes for the dancers to improve their flexibility and movements.
